September 13th was Family Day @ Otis, the weather was beautiful, family and friends enjoyed live music and lots of great food. October 10th - Safety Day/Building Clean-up/Great Start Program The Great Start program is an orientation & training program for all “new” cadets. Cadets who are interested please arrive at the CAP building 0900 hrs. In concurrence with this program we have scheduled a Building Clean-up day, to prepare our squadron for the annual inspection in November. Building clean-up will begin at 0900 hrs till 1700 hrs. October 20th - Mitchell Ceremony @ the Welcome Center, Otis from 1800 – 2000 hrs. We will be presenting Cadet 2nd Lt. Cassanelli with the Mitchell Award. Buffet will be served.

October 24th & 25th - Squadron Leadership School in Westover, MA This is a leadership training course for all Senior members. Showtime on Friday, October 23rd 1700 hrs at CAP building. Acceptable uniform for this event will be the blue polo shirtand grey slacks, blues can be worn as well.

October 25th - Cape Cod Marathon - Falmouth Any cadets interested in volunteering for this event, please see your Flight Sergeant.

October 26th - Cyber Patriot II Cape Cod Composite Squadron will compete in the Cyber Patriot II Exercise, designed to promote cyber domain for the U.S. Airforce. This exercise is open to all cadets 9 -12th grade.

November 14th & 15th - Flying Irish Leadership Training - Hanscom AFB overnight stay cost is only $10. *** This is a must attend event ***cadet officer requirement for leadership promotion.
